User Research

There was user survey data and google analytics data which was provided by the product manager and it had lot of questions regarding what most of the user shop or intend to shop from the website.

  1. There were around 70 survey respondents. 67% of them were potential new users.

Although there are more mobile users compared to users on desktop and tablet, the e-commerce conversion rate is more on desktop(1.97%) compared to mobile(0.77%).

In 2019, company sold more Wakeboards and it was the top products followed by tuber and water ski.

However in 2020, Stand up paddle (SUP's) were sold more because they can be operated independently and do not require a boat unlike the wakeboards.
